Over the past two decades, I’ve been fortunate to lead digital strategy, product development, and creative initiatives for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Heineken, Pernod Ricard, Sony PlayStation, KBC, Liberty Insurance, PepsiCo, Irish Distillers, Philips, Three Mobile, Dunnes Stores, Dublin Airport, and Bank of Ireland. My expertise lies in crafting digital products, platforms, marketing campaigns, and content that drive engagement and growth.

From 2019 to 2024, I served as Head of Design at Ethyca, a $30M venture-backed data privacy tech company based in New York. There, I led the design team and oversaw all product and marketing design efforts.

In 2024, after returning to Ireland, I worked as a freelance design consultant. During this time, I collaborated with startups and established businesses in fintech and legal sectors to bring their products and brands to market. My focus was on delivering strategic design solutions that align with business goals.

Since 2025, I’ve stepped into an exciting new role as Head of Strategic Service Design at the Law Society of Ireland. Here, I lead efforts to transform legal service delivery through human-centric design principles. My work focuses on improving client experiences and operational efficiency by applying tailored service design methodologies to address the unique challenges faced by the legal profession. This role allows me to contribute meaningfully to reshaping how legal services are designed and delivered in Ireland.
